Remove, clean and fold cover, install deck equipment, assemble and start filtration system, thorough pool cleaning, fill with water, test and balance water.

Thorough pool cleaning includes vacuuming, scrubbing the tile line, netting the surface, brushing walls, emptying all baskets, servicing all other related equipment, test firing the heater and balance water.

Complete service including all of the above for pool and spa combinations, attached or detached from pool filtration system.

Pump out excess water from rain or snow, pull back cover and check water condition, adjust and clean debris off cover, inspect overall pool and property condition.

The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and are hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

A pool check may be substituted for a vacuum if it rains on day of service. Small parts and minor repairs may be done automatically, if necessary for safe operation. Access to water, electric and equipment is required for all services. Homeowner is responsible for all payments under any tenant situation, unless a $800.00 deposit is paid by tenant. Contract remains in effect unless written cancellation is received.

Note: All prices subject to 8.625% sales tax. Payments are due upon receipt of bill. 1.5% service charge for accounts over 30 days past due.
