SPECIAL NOTES AND CONDITIONS | | |
A pool check may be substituted for a vacuum if it rains on day of service. Small parts and minor repairs may be done automatically, if necessary for safe operation. Access to water, electric and equipment is required for all services. Homeowner is responsible for all payments under any tenant situation, unless a $800.00 deposit is paid by tenant. Contract remains in effect unless written cancellation is received. |
