* Completely test your water for the proper balance of chlorine, PH, alkalinity, calcium hardness, copper, iron and cyanuric acid. Add chemicals, if

needed.
* Thoroughly vacuum the pool Brush the walls
* Net the surface for leaves, bugs and other debris
* Clean tile Clean inside the skimmers
* Empty skimmer baskets
* Empty strainer basket in the pump
* Backwash the filter
* Test-fire the heater
